Accompanied by the First Lady of Bauchi State, Hajiya Aisha Bala Mohammed, the Governor visited his farm on Sunday to personally inspect ongoing cultivation activities, demonstrating once again that agriculture remains more than a government policy—it is a personal commitment and a way of life.
Walking through fields where young crops are beginning to flourish, Governor Bala Mohammed carefully assessed the progress of this year’s planting season and expressed satisfaction with the healthy development of the plantations. He emphasized that consistent supervision, sound management, and adherence to modern farming techniques are essential to achieving bumper harvests.
The visit sends a powerful message at a time when Nigeria continues to confront food security challenges. By actively engaging in farming himself, Governor Bala Mohammed is reinforcing his long-held belief that true leadership is demonstrated not only through policies but through personal example.
